Chewy gum production line
This production line is professional for producing dragee chewing gum with high capacity. It is composed of the sugar mill, gum base oven,mixer, extruder, cooling tunnel,roller and forming machine, cooling breaking drum,dragee machine, packaging machine.
The processing line is an advanced equipment for making square shape sugar shell coated chewing -gums. It is a new technology processing style to make chewing gum products, six stages rolling with water cooling can guarantee the quality of final products.
PROCESSING CHART:
Colloid melting mixing and kneading extruding,rolling and sheeting forming
de-starching (Aging coating) de-humidity final products
MAIN PERFORMANCE:
1 Adopt PLC control technique, high automaticity.
2 Adopt double extruding process, make the gum base organization even, and good taste.
3 Adopt vacuum powder absorber, Improve working environment.
4 Adopt horizontal roller dust remover, assure the xylitol smooth and no burrs.
